A fond farewell from Pam and Chris

Truffles has closed!   After 27 years of Chris's famed Barnsley Chop and Pam's legendary Homemade Puddings the ovens have been turned off, Chef's whites have been hung up for the last time and the Menus and Wine Lists that offered so much pleasure are no longer.  Truffles is history and as Pam and Chris start to enjoy well earned retirement they send their warmest thanks to all who dined with them with special thanks to those who joined them on that memorable final night.

It has been a gastronomic delight for everyone.

Truffles is situated in Newmarket in the old market town of Otley, West Yorkshire,  12 miles from Leeds, 14 miles from Bradford and 12 miles from Harrogate. 

There is on street parking in Kirkgate, look for  either Boots or Woolworths and then walk down Mercury Row on the corner by Captain Value's (75 yards) or alternatively there are two car parks next to the post office (200 yards). 

Otley itself is roughly in the middle of the triangle formed by Leeds, Bradford and Harrogate.
